Privacy policy

Rogue Party · Last updated: 6 October 2026 (rewarded ad at Camp added)

Rogue Party ("the game") is made by slevens ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles and why. Questions: contact us here.

The short version. We don't collect your personal information. Your progress stays on your device. The game shows occasional ads served by Google AdMob, which collects some device information to show and measure them. You can remove ads with a one-time purchase handled by Google Play or the App Store.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store or receive any personal information. The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and we run no servers that receive data from it.

2. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (heroes, items, runs, settings) is saved only on your device, in the game's private storage. We cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game. If your device makes backups (for example iCloud or Android backup), your progress may be included in them under your device's own backup settings.

3. Advertising

The game shows a full-screen ad occasionally after a run has ended, and an optional rewarded ad when you choose to watch one at Camp to pick a power-up (resting is always free). Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID, or on iOS the identifier for vendors), your IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location), information about your device and app (model, operating system, language), interactions with ads (views, taps) and diagnostic information (crashes, performance). It uses this to deliver ads, measure them, limit how often you see them and prevent fraud.

Your choices.

4. Purchases

The optional "Support the dev" purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The store tells the game only whether the purchase is owned, so the game can turn ads off and restore the purchase on a new install. The stores' own privacy policies apply to payments.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data sharing and sale

We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't collect any. Information collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google's policy, described in section 3.

7. Security

The ad network and the stores send their data over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For data held by Google, use the links and device settings in section 3, or contact Google directly. You can also ask us any question using the contact link below.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and the text at this address. Significant changes will be noted in the game's update notes.
