For a game issue, include your device model, operating system, game version if available, what happened and how to reproduce it. A screenshot may help. Only include information relevant to your request.

Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Read the privacy policy for how support messages and other information are handled.

Rewarded ads

An ad is unavailable

Check your connection and try again later. Ad availability varies. You can keep playing without claiming the optional ad reward.

I closed an ad without receiving a reward

A reward is granted when the advertising service confirms it was earned. Closing or cancelling an ad does not by itself earn a reward.

I want to change my advertising privacy choices

Use Ad privacy options in the collection or Ad privacy during a run when the option is shown. Your device also has advertising or tracking controls.

Saves and lost progress

Progress is saved locally on your device, with a local backup for damaged saves. The current game has no player accounts or game-operated cloud sync. Device backups are separate and depend on your platform's settings.

If a save problem occurs, contact support before clearing app storage or reinstalling. We cannot recover a deleted local save from a developer-operated server because no copy is stored there.

Delete local game data

Deleting app data removes your local collection and progression.

• Android: open your device's settings, find Dicey Defense under Apps, then use the storage option to clear app data. Names vary by device. See Android's storage guidance.
• iOS: delete Dicey Defense using the device's app-management settings. Offloading an app preserves its data, so it is different from deleting it. See Apple's storage guidance.

Check Apple, Google or manufacturer backup settings separately for any backup copies. There is no Dicey Defense account to delete. For a privacy request about messages you sent us, use the contact address above.

Removing the game does not itself delete information already processed by advertising or hosting providers. The privacy policy's retention section explains the distinction and links to provider information.
